WHEREAS, on March 7, 1988, bids were received for the
purchase of a diesel-powered, 52 P.T.O. horsepowered tractor with
an 841° rotary mower for use at the Fire Training Center; and,
WHEREAS, Case Power and Equipment Company of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $12,783.25; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Case Power and Equipment Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Case Power and Equipment Company in the
amount of $12,783 .25 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
purchase of a diesel-powered, 52 P.T.O. horsepowered tractor with
an 84" rotary mower for use at the Fire Training Center.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
