R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the CDBG Citizens Advisory Committee, after
reviewing the proposals submitted, recommends that the Economic
Development Activity Allocation be amended to fund the following
project:
Stedman Bldg. Project - $277 ,861 . 00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the funding set out above, as recommended by the CDBG
Citizens Advisory Committee be, and it is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to submit the amendment to the 1987 CDBG
Final Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds in the
amount of Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred
Sixty-One Dollars ( $277,861 . 00 ) , to the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
