BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the revised guidelines for BUILD' S Downtown Building
Improvements/Revolving Loan Fund allowing a maximum matched loan
size of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ( $300, 000.00 ) and a
maximum loan from the Revolving Loan Fund of One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ( $150,000 .00 ) be, and it is hereby, approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
