WHEREAS, on February S , 1988, bids were receive(! for
the purchase of a 62HP tractor loader backhoe combination unit;
and.,
WHERFAS, Equipment Headquarters, Inc. of Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $27 , 960 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of t'i'le opinion that the bid
submitted by _Equipment Headquarters, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVEJD BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT`' OF BEAUMOTvT:
THAT the bid submitted by Equipment Headquar'Lers, 1--(ac. in the
amount of $27, 960 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
purchase of a 62HP tractor loader_ backhoe combination unit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
