R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 8, 1988, bids were received for
the purchase of a motor grader for use in the Public Works
Operations Division; and,
WHEREAS, R. B. Everett & Co. of Houston, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $63,265; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by R. B. Everett & Co. is the best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by R. B. Everett & Co. in the amount of
$63,265 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase of a
motor grader to be used by the Public Works Operations Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
