R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 8 , 1988, bids were received for
the purchase of a track dozer; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor Equipment Co. of Beaumont,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $170, 765 ; and,
The bid submitted by Mustang Tractor Equipment Co. in
the amount of $170,765 was the only bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Mustang Tractor Equipment Co. is best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor Equipment Co. in the
amount of $170 , 765 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
purchase of a track dozer to be used by the Landfill Division of
the Public Works Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1 988.
