R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on August 11 , 1987 , City Council awarded a
contract to Gold Crest Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of
$37 ,103.00 for construction of the Beaumont Marina Expansion
Project - Phase II - Electrical; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 was approved for $3, 693
increasing the contract amount to $40, 7906 ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project
Phase II - Electrical is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont
and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
final payment to Gold Crest Electric Company, Inc. in the amount
of $2,039.80.
