R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 8 , 1988 , bids were received for
the purchase of a 175 CFM air compressor; and,
WHEREAS, Tide-Air, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $9 ,296 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Tide-Air, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tide-Air, Inc. in the amount of $9 ,296
be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase of a 175 CFM
air compressor for use by the Water Reclamation Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
