R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an
emergency vehicle priority traffic control system; and,
WHEREAS, Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. submitted
a bid in the amount of $48 ,844 for the 31,11 Opticom System; and,
WHEREAS , the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. in
the amount of $48,344 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the
purchase of an emergency vehicle priority traffic control system
for use by the Fire Department of the City of Beaumont.
