R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of eleven
( 11 ) automated refuse trucks for use within the City of Beaumont;
and;
WHEREAS, Lone Star Peterbilt Truck Sales, Inc.-
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 , 073,809 ; end,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Lone Star Peterbilt Truck Sales, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONTe
THAT the bid submitted by Lone Star Peterbilt Truck Sales, Inc.
in the amount of $1 ,073 ,809 be accepted by the City of Beaumont
for the purchase of eleven ( 11 ) automated refuse trucks for use
in the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
