WHEREAS, bids were received for the overhauling and
relocation of a Pitman lift, model H546A; and,
WHEREAS, UEC Equipment Company submitted a maximum bid
of $21 ,257 .69 for the work; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by UEC Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by UEC Equipment Company for the
overhauling and relocation of a Pitman lift, model H546A in the
maximum amount of $21 ,257 .69 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
