BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with John Bankston Construction Company for
installation of 48" reinforced concrete pipe at the Fire Training
Ground Facility at a cost of $83 ,666 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
