R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a deed conveying the city' s interest in Lot 5 , Block 34 of the
Calder Addition to the State of Texas for the Martin Luther King,
Jr. Parkway/Spur 380 Project.
