BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
twenty-foot (20 ' ) wide overhead and a ten-foot (10 ' ) wide
underground electrical distribution system easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company at the Beaumont Marina to upgrade the existing
electrical distribution system.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1987 .
