R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 16, 1987 , bids were received for
the purchase of a self-propelled tandem vibratory roller for use
by the Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS, U. S. Rentals of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $15, 500 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by U. S. Rentals is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by U. S. Rentals in the amount of
$15,500 be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase of
a self-propelled tandem vibratory roller.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
