BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the license agreement granted to Lamar University in
Resolution 87-158 on August 4, 1987 , allowing them to cross
Calaghan Street at Florida Avenue with a telephone data cable be,
and it is hereby, canceled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that another license agreement
be granted to Lamar University allowing them to lay a two-inch
(2" ) cable eighty feet (80 ' ) on the west side and ninety feet
( 90 ' ) on the east side of the Florida Avenue Intersection which
will connect the Early Child Development Center (Baby Red Bird
Building) with the Personnel Office Building to the Lamar
University telephone system.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1 987.
