HHEREAS, on bids were received for an annual contract
for plumbing maintenance and repair services; and,
WHEREAS, Joe Simon Plumbing Company submitted a ;.yid in
the amounts listed below:

and,
WHEREAS , the City Council is of the opinion that the
'yid submitted above is the lowest and Lest bid and should be
accented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
SHAT the bid submitted above by Joe Simon Plumbing Company in the
amounts listed for an annual contract for plumbing maintenance
and repair services be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
