WHEREAS , on November 9 , 1987 , bids were received for a
three ( 3 ) year contract for security guard service; and,
WHEREAS, Security Guard Service, a division of CPP,
Inc. , submitted the following bid:

Usher Supv. 5. 75

Door Guard (Event) 5 . 25
and,
WHEREAS , the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitte6 by Security Cuard Service is the lowest and best bid
and should be acceptedt
NOW, TH-REF ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.
THAT the bid susmitted by Security Guard Service be accepted 'Dy
the City of Beaumont in the amounts stated above for a three (3 )
year contract for security guard service.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
