WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
acquisition of right-of-way for the College Street T.I.P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T. I.P. Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 20: Portion of Lot 181 , Block 16 of the B.
D. Crary Addition, D. Brown Abstract

Owners: Isaac Moses and Najeeb Moses
d/b/a Moses Gun and Locksmith
Approved Value: $31 ,000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with Isaac Moses and
Najeeb Moses for the removal of a building from the right-of-way at
the agreed sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8, 000 ) making the
appraised value Thirty Nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000 ) .
