R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
intergovernmental agreement with the South East Texas Regional
Planning Commission for a Section 8 transit planning grant in
the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000 ) for fiscal year
1988.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
