R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a Release of Easement for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/
Spur 380 Project releasing an easement out of Lots 5 and 6, Block
it of the Crary Addition, as recorded in Volume 1441 , Page 1 1 1 ,
Deed Records of Jefferson County, to the State of Texas.
