WHEREAS, bids were received for installation of heating
and cooling on the upper floor of the Tyrrell Historical Library
and for stained glass window restoration; and,
WHEREAS, Frank B. Inzer Investments submitted a bid in
the amount of $83,036.15; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Frank B. Inzer Investments is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frank B. Inzer Investments in the
amount of $83,036.15 for installation of heating and cooling of
the upper floor of the Tyrrell Historical Library and for stained
glass window restoration be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
