WHEREAS, on April 14, 1987, City Council awarded a
contract to Bo-Mac Construction, Inc. in the amount of $62,248
for the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project - Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 is being proposed to adjust
all payment line items in the original contract proposal to
include final quantities used for the completion of the project;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project - Phase I is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 4 in the amount
of $1 ,252.70 to the contract between Bo-Mac Construction, Inc.
and the City of Beaumont increasing the total contract amount to
$74,980.70 and is authorized to make final payment to Bo-Mac
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $3,746.03.
