R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
W IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUNONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the General Services Administration concerning
the Orleans Triangle improvements, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" . .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Nanager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with BUILD, Inc.
for coordination of the improvements required in the agreement
with the General Services Administration.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
