BE IT PRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAU!,1ONT:
THAT the City '011anager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a railroad crossing permit with Southern Pacific Transportation
Company for an 18" sanitary sewer outfall line that is under
construction for the Gulf Terrace/Westfield Terrace subdivision for

a one-time fee of Thre e Hundred Dollars ($300 ) .
