R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAU MONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with Chevron Pipe Line Company for a ten-J-oot ( 1 6 ' )
wide easement in the Ashael Savery League, Abstract 42 for a
sanitary serer line.
