R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on August 10 , 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of various sizes of lumber to be used in the
construction of the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project; and,
WHEREAS, Ritter Forest Products of Nederland, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $19,410.62; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Ritter Forest Products is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ritter Forest Products be accepted by
the City of Beaumont in the amount of $19,410.62 for the purchase
of various sizes of lumber to be used in the construction of the
Beaumont Marina Expansion Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
