R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 27, 1987, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of liquid polymer flocculant for
use at the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Allied Corporation of Morristown, New Jersey
submitted a bid in the amount of $.15 per pound for the purchase
of Clarifloc C-311 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Allied Corporation is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allied Corporation in the amount of
$. 15 per pound for an annual contract for the purchase of
Clarifloc C-311 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
