R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing shall be held at 1 :15 p.m. on Septemiber 3,
1987, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, the City of
Beaumont, Texas, at which time all interested parties shall be
heard concerning the proposed budget of the City of Beauj-.iont.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, directed to cause to be published notices of the place
and time of such public hearing on the budget. Said notice to be
published not less than seven (7 ) days prior to the I?ubl--'Lc
hearing.
