R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on August 3, 1987, bids were received for the
electrical portion of the Beaumont Marina Expansion, Phase II;
and,
WHEREAS, Gold Crest Electric Company, Inc. submitted a
bid in the amount of $37,103; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Gold Crest Electric Company, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gold Crest Electric Company, Inc. be
accepted by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $37, 103 for the
electrical portion of the Beaumont Marina Expansion, Phase II.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
