WHEREAS, City Council awarded a contract to Bo-Mac
Construction in the amount of $62,248 for the Beaumont Marina
Expansion, Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is being submitted to
add a pay item for equipment and labor to install wood bulkheads,
using materials furnished by the City of Beaumont and to furnish
a dragline for excavation of materials and provide a D8 Dozer to
grade excavation placed adjacent to the marina ships;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $5,080 to the contract
between Bo-Mac Construction and the City of Beaumont for the
Beaumont Marina Expansion, Phase I increasing the total contract
amount to $73,728.00.
