R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 29, 1987, bids were received for
Phase II of the Beaumont Marina Expansion Project; and,
WHEREAS, Swain Company Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $609,630.85 which, if accepted, would result in a
$200,000 overrun of the budgeted amount of $500,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT all bids submitted for Phase II of the Beaumont Marina
Expansion Project be, and they are hereby, rejected.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
