BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby,
authorized to submit an application for an Economic Development
Administration Section 302(a) Planning Grant in the amount of Fifty
Thousand Dollars ( $50,000 ) and to sign all of the required
assurances and act on behalf of the City in submitting any
requested information.
