R E S O L U T I O N S
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Southwestern Laboratories to perform soil borings at
the Lafin Road Landfill in an amount not to exceed Eighteen
Thousand Dollars ($18,000) ,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
