R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1 )
uninterruptible power system for use in Management Information
Systems; and,
WHEREAS, HDR Power Systems of Columbus, Ohio, submitted
a bid in the amount of $23,310; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by HDR Power Systems is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by HDR Power Systems be accepted by the
City of Beaumont in the amount of $23,310 for the purchase of
an uninterruptible power system for use in Management Information
Systems.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
