R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
acquisition of right-of-way for the College Street T.I.P. Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T.I.P. Project be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 5: 2,700 square feet out of Lots 392, 393,
394, 395 and 396 , Block 56, Original
Townsite of Beaumont
Owner: Kenneth E. Ruddy
Approved Value: $149,600.00 plus $25,000
Moving Expenses
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
