R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1987, City Council awarded a
contract to E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc.in the amount of
$45,438.48 for the Transit Maintenance Facility Parking Lot
Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being submitted to
provide for the repair of an additional 267 SY of bus parking
area at a cost of $9,083.34;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract between E. R. DuPuis Concrete
Company, Inc. and the City of Beaumont for the Transit
Maintenance Facility Parking Lot Improvements increasing the
total contract amount to $54,521 .82.
