WHEREAS, the developers of Green Meadow Patio Homes

hase TI have completed Ur-le Water improve-tuients for 1,ots 15
through 26 ; and,
WHEREAS, the developers of Said ad0lition clesire, to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; an(l,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities Departments recommend that S;aicl irf-i'prove
-ments meet city
standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance,
and the Ci'c -
y Council is of the opinion that said improve-crients
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beamont;
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water improvements of Green Meadow Patio Homes, Phase II
are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be-
continuously maintaine.C1 by the City.
