BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a railroad crossing permit with Kansas City Southern Railway
Company for construction of Contract 17E for sanitary sewer
purposes for a one-time fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) .
