WHEREAS, May 18, 1987 bids were received for the
construction of the Beaumont Municipal Transit Bus Shelters and
Benches; and,
WHEREAS, ARLESCO, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$20 ,370; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted above is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ARLESCO, Inc. in the amount of $20,370 be
accepted by the City of ,Beaumont for the construction of- the
-
Beaumont Municipal Transit Bus Shelters and Benches.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of --Beaumont this
