R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1987, bids were received for the
purchase of three (3 ) electronic cash registers for use at
Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Malloy' s Cash Register Company, Inc. of
Beaumont, Texas, submitted the only bid in the amount of $15,266;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Malloy' s Cash Register Company, Inc. , as the only bid,
is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Malloy' s Cash Register Company, Inc. be
acceped by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $15,266 for the
purccase of three (3 ) electronic cash registers for use at
Municipal Court.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
