R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 4, 1987, bids were received for the
Beaumont Transit Maintenance Facility Parking Lot Improvements
Project; and,
WHEREAS, E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. submitted a
bid in the amount of $45,438.48; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. be
acceped by the City of Beaumont in the amount of $45,438.48 for the
Beaumont Transit Maintenance Facility Parking Lot Improvements
Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
