BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve
the purchase of two (2) 9335-B01 direct access storage devices from
IBM, the sole source supplier, for use in the M.I.S. Division at a
cost of Thirty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ( $32,300 ) .
