R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for a 3-year contract for
mowing privately-owned property; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Vince Edwards d/b/a Edwards Lawn Service of Beaumont
Developed Property $.00275/sq. ft.
Vacant Property $.0023 /sq. ft.
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted above is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted above be accepted by the City of Beaumont
for a 3-year contract for mowing privately-owned property.
