BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to waive the
penalties and interest on Accounts 300056-027900 and
046650-030500 for 1986 taxes, as provided by Section 33.011 of the
State Property Tax Code.
