R. E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant an
easement to Kansas City Southern Railway Company for relocation of
their railroad facilities and to execute a deed conveying Parcel
262, Martin Luther King, Jr. Pkwy/Spur 3080 , to the State of Texas
subject to the easement.
