BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a lease agreement for state-owned property between the Texas
General Land Office and the City of Beaumont as per the attached
Exhibit "A" .
