BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Garrod & Dartez, Inc. for engineering services for
the Fannin Street Box Drainage Project in an amount not to exceed
One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ( $160,000) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
