BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Mark Whiteley and Associates,Inc. for the Cartwright
Street Drainage Project in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred
Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars ($243,533 ) .
