R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with Bob Shaw Consulting Engineers for engineering
services for the High School Ditch Drainage Project in an amount
not to exceed One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000) .
